“Granville at Night” – Description

When I lived in the Edgewater neighborhood of Chicago, I would pass by this church on Granville Avenue at varying times of the day. I loved its moodiness and mystery. With every light change or season, the personality of the church captivated my attention every time. During the pandemic lockdown, I decided to paint a series of this place at different times of day. This is a print of the 4th and final acrylic painting in the series. “Granville at Night” (completed in 2021). Frame is optional.
